What is Corporate Challenge?

For over 25 years, Paterson Habitat for Humanity has hosted corporations from all over the tri-state area who send volunteers to our construction sites to build. 

In 2019, over 40 companies sent more than 900 of their employees and accepted the challenge—raising $320,000!

Corporate Challenge is based on a simple concept. Teams of employees work a half day shift.  At lunch (provided by Habitat), volunteers, future homeowner families and Habitat staff share their stories. This has proven to be a wonderful team-building experience for participating businesses. Every year, Corporate Challenge is oversubscribed. 100% of funds raised by this event go toward building Paterson Habitat homes.
